Computer Arts, Inc., has an immediate opening in our Sandpoint, Idaho office for a PC/Network Technician. This position involves onsite and remote support of network users. The position provides support for multiple computing platforms, operating systems, and LAN/WAN technologies. Additionally, the position is responsible for researching, defining and implementing hardware and software solutions that optimally meet customer needs. Desirable candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and experience working with customers in a highly dynamic environment. In addition, candidates must have experience supporting Microsoft operating systems in a LAN/WAN environment. Experience in cross platform server integration is a plus.
