Phone Support:
Customers who subscribe to our 24-Hour Help Desk service can call toll free: (800) 365-9335. Local customers please call 955-0151. Our Help Desk Attendant will log your call and follow it through to resolution.

On-Site Service Representatives:
We at Computer Arts are proud of the level of personal service we provide our customers. Each of our government customers is assigned a CAI Service Representative. Our regional Service Reps provide on-site software training, install version upgrades, and provide personalized program support. Following is a list of our Service Representatives and the Idaho counties they support.

Meridian Service Group - Adams County, Blaine County, Boise County, Gem County, Gooding County, Jerome County, Owyhee County, Payette County, Valley County, Washington County

Remote Support:
Remote support provides immediate resolution to your computer needs. A dialup connection between CAI and the customer via VPN (Virtual Private Network), allows us to troubleshoot, diagnose, configure and resolve many hardware and software issues immediately. In addition, most software upgrades are available via “Software Delivery” which delivers various software packages directly to designated machines. This approach is not only quick and convenient but eliminates travel time and expense charges.
