Remote IT Support

Remote support provides immediate resolution to your computer needs. A reliable connection between CAI and the customer via VPN (Virtual Private Network), allows us to troubleshoot, diagnose, configure and resolve many hardware and software issues immediately. In addition, most software upgrades are available via “Software Delivery” which delivers various software packages directly to designated machines. This approach is not only quick and convenient but eliminates travel time and expense charges.
