Comprehensive Help Desk

Our centralized help desk is provided to our customers for immediate access to problem resolution for all of CAI software systems.  Each team member that is part of our help desk spends many months in training in order to become proficient in the many areas they support.  Our automated help desk software provides thorough tracking and a comprehensive knowledge database as well as analytical reporting tools.  These tools allow us to determine what resources are required in which areas of system support.  Our service and support is always of the highest priority to our customers.  It is our goal to always provide courteous, immediate and high quality support to our customers.  The help desk toll free number is available 24x7x365 via our answering service.Email General Support

Help Desk and On-Site Service Representatives

We are proud of the level of personal service we provide to our customers. Each of our government customers may call the Help Desk at 1-800-365-9335 for software support and remote diagnostics. We also provide on-site software training, install version upgrades, and provide personalized program support as requested. Our Service Representatives make regular visits to our Idaho County customers throughout the state to maintain important relationships.  Of the 44 Counties in the State of Idaho, the following 37 Counties utilize CAI's software:

Remote Support

Remote support provides immediate resolution to your computer needs. A reliable and secure connection between CAI and the customer via VPN (Virtual Private Network), allows us to troubleshoot, diagnose, configure and resolve many hardware and software issues immediately. In addition, most software upgrades are available via “Software Delivery” which delivers various software packages directly to designated machines. This approach is not only quick and convenient but eliminates travel time and expense charges.
