Computer Arts, Inc. (CAI) is a corporation specializing in custom computer software development, technology consulting services and extensive hardware and software support services. CAI was originally founded in 1983 for the purpose of providing quality software and support at competitive prices to local government agencies. CAI also offers consulting and support services to businesses in the private sector.
Welcome Fremont County!

Fremont County becomes the seventh county to go live with CAI Property, our property and tax management system. They switched over Aug. 10, 2009, from the State Tax Commission’s UAD software. In addition, we also converted the parcel characteristics from their CAMA system (ProVal®) as well as images and sketch images. This was the first county to have the CAMA conversion.

The county also purchased our web service module, an option for displaying public data on the intranet/internet that is also in use in Boise County.

We are glad to add one more tool to the county’s suite of CAI applications. The project was a success in large part because of the dedication and hard work of all those at Fremont County who helped.

For information on CAI’s Property or web service modules, contact our Product Manager, Brett Hill at 208-528-2355 x1212 or email to bhill@gocai.com .
