Property and Tax Management gets even better with Apex Sketch integration
We are pleased to announce another new feature in our Property and Tax Management system, adding one more tool to help increase efficiency in the appraisal process. CAI Property now links with the industry-leading Apex Medina™ sketching software. Adding and modifying sketches is fast and trouble-free, resulting in professional drawings that are easily accessed within the Computer Arts program. We’re not done yet though…this is just part of our plan to integrate Apex sketches into CAI Property. The next step will capture square footage and floor information from the sketch and pass it to the appraisal characteristics, streamlining the appraisal process even more.
